So we have been finishing off the downstairs of our house. Before Seth was born, we worked on the bathroom and bedroom downstairs. The next project was the large unfinished laundry/storage room. Here are some pics of the process:


We had to empty out our storage room - including our food storage. Our house looked kind of like this for over a month until we finished the storage room.


We took one large unfinished room and framed it into two separate rooms.


Our finished storage room...not the best angle, but oh well. It is finished so that it could be used as a bedroom, turning our home from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home.


Our finished laundry room! Kind of sad that one of my favorite rooms in my house is my laundry room. It was a long and annoying process, but the end result made it all worth it!

Caleb's Birthday Party

We finally were able to get our photos off our camera, so I can start posting them!
Caleb had his 6th birthday party in September. We had a Star Wars theme. They did a Jedi training,


complete with light saber training,


and destroying the Death Star. They had a blast.


Here they are in their outfits with their official Jedi certificates! Fun times!
